How do I order?
At this time Trinity Cosmetics are only available at our online store.
 - Add an item(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity; choose "add to bag."
 - Your total order amount will appear in your Shopping Bag, where you can click on
  "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout."
 - Trinity will process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate email that
  confirms your order.
 - Expect your order within 5-7 business days.

Can I order over the phone?
No. At this time Trinity can only take orders via the web site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I find a store near me that sells Trinity Cosmetics?
At this time, Trinity Cosmetics are only available via our online store. Please check back often for updates on our Retailer Information.

How do I track my order?
After you've placed an order, Trinity will immediately send you an email with an Order Number.
 - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a “shipping confirmation” email with a
  tracking number, please allow 5-7 days for arrival.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
When you are ready to “check out” choose the “Returning Customer” option. At login there is a link to recover a lost password. Once you submit the request your password will be emailed to your email address on file within minutes.

What credit cards are accepted on your site?
We welcome the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How will I know if my order has been received?
A screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an email confirmation with an order number and brief summary will arrive shortly.

Who can I contact if I have questions about credit charges, order status or returns and refunds?
You can get in touch with a customer service representative via email at customerservice@trinitycosmetics.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can't change or cancel your order after submitting your order. However, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. If you are online, you can cancel your order in the Shopping Basket at checkout by clicking on the "Remove" button to cancel an item or to cancel the entire order.

What happens if some of the items I ordered are unavailable?
Unavailable products cannot be purchased until the store is restocked. If an order is taken for an out-of-stock item after you placed an order, Customer Service will notify you via email and/or phone. Trinity does not take “backorders.”

What products are discontinued or out of stock?
When items are out of stock or unavailable, you will see "Temporarily Out Of Stock" next to the product.

Can I split/ship my order to more than one address?
If you want to ship products to two different addresses, you need to place two separate orders. At this time Trinity can only ship to one address per order.

Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
You can send your order to any location in the United States, even if this is not your billing address. The checkout process allows you to specify distinct shipping and billing addresses.

GIFTS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Can I send Trinity Cosmetics as a gift?
Yes, Trinity Cosmetics make the perfect gift! You can send Trinity products as a gift to anyone located in the United States and/or our Military Bases located overseas with an APO address
 - The checkout process allows you to specify distinct shipping and billing addresses.
 - We also provide elegant gift-wrapping for your gift for a $1.00 fee per item and provide a card
  with your desired message.

Can I buy a gift certificate online?
Yes, while Trinity has tried to make it easy for you to send products as gifts, we understand that some people may want to give the gift of options too! Gift Certificates are available for purchase online in denominations of $25, $50, $75, and $100 dollars.
 - To purchase a Gift Certificate, select the denomination you would like to send. When you
  check out, you need to provide the recipient's name, email address, and your Gift Certificate
  message. Trinity will then send an email to the recipient, notifying them of their gift
  certificate in the amount you selected.
 - Gift Certificate recipients must have an email address and Internet access to the world wide
  web. Trinity can only ship within the continental U.S and our Military Bases located overseas
  with an APO address.
 - You can purchase multiple Gift Certificates for one recipient at a time. If you want to buy Gift
  Certificates for two different people, you will need to place two different orders.
 - Trinity’s Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase. If the certificate is not used,
  we will donate its value to an appropriate charity. For assistance or questions please contact
  customer service at customerservice@trinitycosmetics.com.

How do I use my Gift Certificate?
If you have a Trinity Cosmetics Gift Certificate, be sure to read the exclusions and instructions included when it is emailed to you. You can also email us at customerservice@trinitycosmetics.com and we will help you in anyway possible. We will get back to you as quickly as possible, and never take more than 48 hours to do so.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is your exchange and return policy?
We love our products, and know you will too. However, sometimes a product just doesn't work out and we understand that.

Trinity Cosmetics offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee policy on all of their products.

If you have to exchange or return a product, please do so within 30 days of purchase and enclose your original receipt. Make sure to make a copy for yourself!

Obviously, we cannot take returns on overly used products.

Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

If you request a refund, please allow 5 to 7 business days – commencing from the date we receive your return – for a credit to appear on your credit card.

Absolutely not.

Does Trinity Cosmetics provide samples?
Trinity does not offer free samples unless specified on our web site for a limited time or if it is part of an outreach campaign.
